Welcome to REEHA, a global, online-based mental wellness platform providing professional counselling services to individuals and organizations. By accessing, browsing, booking, or using any part of our platform or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are advised to discontinue use immediately.
Nature of Services
REEHA offers online mental health counselling and wellness services delivered by certified professionals trained in psychology and related disciplines. These services include individual therapy, relationship and couple counselling, corporate wellness programs, group sessions, and mental health awareness workshops. It is important to note that REEHA provides supportive and therapeutic services and does not offer medical diagnosis, prescriptions, or emergency psychiatric care. In situations involving immediate risk, suicidal thoughts, or crisis, individuals are strongly advised to contact local emergency services or visit the nearest medical facility, as REEHA is not equipped to handle life-threatening emergencies. In the event of a mental health crisis or emergency situation, including thoughts of self-harm or suicide, users are strongly advised to immediately contact their local emergency services or reach out to a government-recognized toll-free mental health helpline in their region. REEHA does not provide emergency response or crisis intervention services.
Access and Eligibility
REEHA services are accessible globally through online platforms. Individuals must be 18 years or older to independently access services, while minors may only engage with appropriate parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, users confirm that they are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
Booking and Payment
All sessions must be scheduled through official REEHA channels and are confirmed only upon full payment. Appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Users are expected to attend sessions on time; delays beyond 15 minutes without prior notice may result in the session being marked as missed without refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, processed within 7 working days, whereas cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. REEHA reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of unavoidable circumstances, with prior communication.
Corporate Engagement
REEHA provides tailored mental wellness programs for organisations, institutions, and corporate teams. These programs are customized based on organizational needs and delivered in a confidential and scalable manner. Any reporting shared with organizations is strictly anonymized and does not disclose individual identities unless explicit consent is provided.
Informed Consent
By engaging with REEHA, users voluntarily consent to receiving therapy through online platforms and acknowledge that therapeutic outcomes may vary depending on individual participation, history, and external factors. REEHA does not guarantee specific results or recovery timelines. Users may discontinue services at any time, subject to the applicable refund policy.
Confidentiality
REEHA adheres to strict confidentiality protocols in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards, including the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 (India). All personal information, session records, and communications are securely maintained. However, confidentiality may be lawfully breached in cases involving risk of harm to self or others, legal obligations, or mandatory reporting requirements such as abuse or exploitation. In such cases, only necessary information will be disclosed to appropriate authorities.
Platform Use
Users agree to use the platform responsibly and refrain from activities that may disrupt services, misuse therapist interactions, provide false information, or attempt unauthorized access to secure systems. REEHA reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any violation of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
REEHA strives to maintain high service standards but is not liable for emotional outcomes, personal decisions made after sessions, or disruptions caused by technical failures, third-party platforms, or inaccurate user information. Users are encouraged to engage responsibly with the services provided.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi, unless otherwise required by applicable international laws.
PRIVACY POLICY
Data Collection and Use
REEHA collects personal information such as name, contact details, session data, and communication records solely for the purpose of delivering therapy, managing appointments, and improving services. This information is used strictly for therapeutic and administrative purposes.
Data Protection
REEHA implements industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or misuse. Personal information is not sold, traded, or shared with third parties except where legally required.
User Rights
Users have the right to access their personal data, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of their data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Corporate Data Handling
For corporate clients, only aggregated and anonymised insights may be shared for reporting and program evaluation. Individual confidentiality is strictly maintained unless explicit consent is obtained.
Communication Storage
REEHA may store emails, WhatsApp messages, and session-related communications as part of user records to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Updates
REEHA reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy and Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
